NeoLuma was born from a simple truth: nurses and providers chose this work to care for babies and teach families — not to live behind a computer screen. Our mission is to give that time back. Guided by education as our north star, we build NICU documentation and communication tools that are simple, intuitive, and free of redundancy — so nurses can chart with ease, providers can find what they need to shape a plan of care, and parents can step out of the role of bystander and into the role of active participant in their baby's journey.
